We deliver Aroma D'Scents fragrances to all cities and towns across Pakistan.
Order processing
Orders are processed within [1 to 2] working days after they are placed. For Cash on Delivery orders, our team will call or message you on WhatsApp to confirm your order before dispatch. Please make sure your phone number is correct and reachable, as unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery charges
Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you place your order.
At the time of delivery
Please check that the outer packaging is sealed and undamaged before accepting your parcel. If the package looks damaged, opened or tampered with, please contact us right away.
Failed or refused deliveries
If our courier is unable to reach you after [2] attempts, the order will be returned to us. Refusing a Cash on Delivery order without a valid reason causes losses for small businesses, so we may require advance payment for future orders from customers with repeated refusals.
Damaged or incorrect items

Change of address
